When you have the right foundation, you can build anything. As husband and wife, our family is the inspiration behind everything we do, giving us strength in times of uncertainty and reminding us what truly matters most in life. 

 

Randall: At the age of 30, I found myself at a crossroads in my career. I had spent years as a union electrician, and while the work was stable, I found myself enjoying buying and renovating older homes. But my passion really came to fruition as I helped families realize their dream of home ownership.

 

This realization kicked me into gear ­­— my life wouldn’t change unless I made it happen. I took a leap of faith and decided to transition into the world of real estate full time. It was a daunting decision, leaving behind the security of a stable job. However, I knew it was the right move for our family's future.

 

My background in construction and my deep understanding of homes gave me a unique advantage. I excelled as a real estate agent, having nine transactions within my first 30 days. Within six months, I became a top producer in my office. By the end of my first year, I had become a partner in the office. My work doesn’t feel like work because I love connecting with people and helping them. This has been a remarkable journey that was only made possible because of the support and encouragement of my loving family. 

 

Tracy: While Randall’s career took off, I focused on being home with our four wonderful children. With Randy's quick success in the industry, we thought nothing could go wrong. However, the market crash changed everything — suddenly, his thriving business took a major hit. 

 

As Randy worked hard to keep his business going, I began working at a law office to help bring in more money. Between work, coaching cheer and Randy coaching travel baseball, we had a lot on our plate. Over time, as the market improved, Randall became even busier than before, requiring a secretary to help manage it all. I would often join him for showings or go to the office to visit, picking up new bits of information every week. Finally, it hit us: Why don’t we work together as a team in real estate?

 

In 2015, we began working side by side. As husband and wife and business partners, we are the best versions of ourselves when we are together. It was exciting for me to delve into the industry, having the expertise of my husband to lean on when needed while also finding my own niche, helping first-time home buyers and educating and nurturing them through the process. As our children grew up, I found a renewed sense of purpose in taking care of our clients, guiding them through one of life’s most significant decisions.

 

Randall & Tracy: We've been married for 28 years, together for 33, and our love for each other continues to grow with each passing day. We attended the same elementary school, the same high school and the same church — the very church we got married in and baptized our children in. 

 

As parents, we deeply value family and connections. We love the close relationships we have with our kids and enjoy traveling, boating and entertaining friends and family. We are also grateful for the relationships with many of their classmates and their parents — one of the greatest joys is walking into a business and seeing many familiar faces. We are proud to help families just like ours as they enter the next chapter of their lives, growing their own roots within the communities we love.
