Randy was very knowledgeable when showing me homes, explaining how to spot some basic things when looking around like window seals and how light would fade certain areas before others. He also explained how certain years of building brought along certain design choices. Once my offer was accepted he fought tooth and nail for me. Contacting the seller's team without me even having to ask most of the time when there were issues. Was a great experience for a 1st time buyer and I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Randy and Tracy were great throughout the entire process of buying our home. As first time home buyers, Randy was able to help us through the process and get us our new home. His extensive knowledge of construction/electric was extremely helpful in identifying imperfections or flaws that an untrained eye would never know to look for. We were initially worried about dealing with a real estate agent, having heard all the stories of them just wanting to make the sale. This was not the case with Randy. We truly felt he had our best interest in mind and wanted to find a home that fit us. The best example of this was our first encounter with Randy. We went to look at a house that was not in the best shape and he walked in the door and started pointing out every little detail that was wrong (how a door was hung on the frame, how the hardwood was installed, how the windows were sealed, not enough wiring for proper lighting, etc.). We knew this house was not for us on our own, but it helped us make decisions on future houses once we knew more things to look for. We loved working with Randy and Tracy and would recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a new home!

My husband & I were very pleased with our experience with our realtor Randy. We would highly recommend him for a variety of reasons: 1) He was knowledgeable about things to consider with construction 2) He actually pointed out negative things along with positives. He wasn't just trying to "sell" us a house so he could "move on" but wanted us to find the "right" house for us. 3) He was very patient with the different perspectives we had. 4) He knew we were from out of town and we had to be quick about getting in to view homes yet he didn't rush us, in fact he encouraged us to look around at more houses. 5) Since it was a quick closing, he had effective contacts that helped us expedite all aspects of the process which without access to those people I'm not sure what we would have done. 6) He handled any challenges we had with not living in the area, going beyond what we might of expected such as even going to the house to meet service people since we couldn't be there. 7) And even weeks AFTER the closing we had an urgent issue at the home that needed to be checked while we were in transit between homes and he actually went to the house to handle it for us for which we really are grateful for! Other realtors might have said, too bad, I don't have time to help. So all I can say is although it can be an exciting time to buy a home, it can be very stressful and having the right realtor with these qualities can help you survive that experience!
